A plain-language record of what the ordinary pages of 1984.church receive, keep, and send.
The short answer
The ordinary pages do not ask for an account, do not present a contact form, do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and do not intentionally create a profile of a visitor. The temple's hidden responses are ephemeral: they do not store what was typed and do not send it anywhere.
The serving host may keep ordinary technical request logs for security and availability. Those logs are not a temple account, a congregation list, or a behavioral profile, and this page does not inspect or reproduce them.
What the ordinary pages do not collect
- No account registration, login, newsletter list, or membership record.
- No advertising network, analytics beacon, tracking pixel, or third-party audience profile.
- No visitor keystroke history. A response may read a deliberate word in memory and then forget it when the page is closed.
- No cross-site identifier created by the temple for reading, prayer, or hidden effects.
- No public contribution, comment, or submission system at present.
Local effects and reading state
Some rooms answer a pointer, focus, or deliberate word with a small visual or textual response. The response is held in the current page only. The temple does not write it to local storage, session storage, indexed storage, a cookie, a server database, or a URL. With JavaScript disabled, the ordinary reading remains available; the enhancement is absent, not the room.
Browser software may keep its own cache, history, or accessibility settings. Those are choices made by the visitor's browser, not a record created by the temple's ordinary pages.
External links and devices
When a page links to another address, the linked site receives the ordinary request made by following that link. This page cannot govern that site's privacy practice. The temple does not load remote fonts, remote scripts, embedded players, or third-party widgets on its ordinary pages.
Changes and questions
When the temple's data practices change, this record should change with them. No public contact channel is designated at present. Until one is established, this page is the public record rather than a promise of a private support channel.
