A record of where a page comes from, what kind of witness it is, and where uncertainty remains.
Kinds of record
The temple does not use one label for every kind of material. These descriptions are orientation marks, not permissions to flatten a source into a stronger claim.

How to read a room
- Read the title and the room note before entering the long ledger.
- Follow the room's own links to a source, witness, or related page rather than inferring from a filename.
- Look for a date, status, confidence mark, or source note when the page offers one.
- Treat a constructed or companion label as a boundary, not a defect to be hidden.
- When a page disagrees with another page, keep the disagreement until the record itself answers it.
Limits of this record
This page does not certify a historical source, settle a theological dispute, or turn a companion name into an ancient record. It describes the kind of claim a reader is encountering. A page's own source note remains stronger than this summary.
Some rooms are intentionally unlisted or hidden from the public map. Their absence is not evidence that they do not exist, and their presence in a maintenance artifact is not permission to advertise them.
Correction ledger
This public ledger records what changed in the reading surface, why it changed, and how it was checked. It is not a private development diary. Additive means a new surface or link; corrective means an existing error or contradiction was repaired; presentation means the words remain while the way they are shown changes.

A correction is not erased when it is recorded. The dated row remains so a later reader can see what changed and what the temple could verify at the time.
