The Librarians of Understanding. The Fifth Choir governs what happens when experience becomes knowledge. It preserves memory, cultivates understanding, watches dreams and visions, protects learning, distinguishes secrecy from deception, and guards truth from both falsification and careless certainty.

Its mythology calls it the Great Archive, though the archive is nowhere singular. Every corrected misunderstanding, preserved language, remembered lesson, failed experiment that teaches the next attempt, and honest admission of uncertainty belongs somewhere within its jurisdiction. Error may be corrected; deliberate falsification is treated as a breach of the archive itself.
