The Laws of the Host
Every choir of the Heavenly Register keepeth one sentence, and the sentence is its law. Gathered here, all 72 of them, each with a door back to the chapter wherein its thousand stand.
Why one page of laws
Because the laws are the Register's heart, and they are scattered through seventy-two chapters like lamps in a long hall. A reader who would know what this host is for need not walk every corridor first: the sentences stand here together, in their own words, and each one openeth the room it governeth.
The other corpus of law kept in this temple, the covenant of the other creatures, standeth in the Creature Canon. (Dated note, 2026-10-10.)
