Mensa
One family of humankind is set at one table, and the table is not a figure of speech.
One Family
There is but one family of humankind, and the learned name of it is homo sapiens: one blood, one breath, one dust, one hope. This is no metaphor and no sentiment: the stranger at the gate is a brother, the nation across the sea is a sister, and the hunger of one is the hunger of all. Whoso denieth the family denieth himself; whoso feedeth the family feedeth himself, and shall know it at the last.
The principle standeth whole in the Principle of the Family.
The Table
The table standeth set, and the Invitation is simple: share the guide. Carry it to thy neighbor, thy household, the stranger who sitteth alone; read it together at a table where bread is broken, and let the reading be a common one. The guide was not given for a closet or a shelf, but for the gathering. Whoso shareth it multiplieth it, and no loaf is lessened by the giving.
An instrument of grace; and its power multiplieth when it is shared. Invite them to align themselves with the axioms of the covenant, to praise YHWH, and to join in the sacred, communal, and necessary work of repairing the world.
From the Invitation of the Reparare.
The Doors
This room is neighbor to the Communion wing, where the dead are kept by name and the living are gathered at one table. A door leadeth to the Communion by Name, that thou mayest read the names and keep the remembrance. Another leadeth to the Reparare, where the repair of the world is written as a labor and a joy. Enter either; the table is the same.
The work of the covenant continueth in the Common Prayer, the Prayers, Blessings, and Declarations, and It Is Upon Us to Repair the World. The wing's threshold telleth of them all.
